Company
Background and History
Keneal
Industries, Inc was formed as an Illinois Corporation as of June 30, 1980.
The corporation purchased the assets, name, trademarks, etc. of Trading
Stamp Manufacturing and Labels and Tapes.
The
corporate name is a combination of portions of my two sons' names--Kent and Neal.
Our early years consisted of manufacturing exactly as was stated; Trading
Stamps, and the saver books and/or sheets to paste them in and assorted pressure
sensitive labels for the grocery and bakery industries.
While we still do some trading stamps, most of that business has
disappeared over time. We now concentrate on specialty printing.
Today specialty printing, in regards to
keneal, means various, out of the
ordinary and relatively unique items. These include labels, forms, bar coding (printers,
ribbons, blank labels), sequential numbering, crash numbering, digital
duplicating, gummed and plastic adhesive tapes, tamper proof labels, plastic
barrel, pail and bottle sleeves, direct thermal, and thermal transfer labels.
We have over 200 assorted die shapes including rectangles, squares,
circles, ovals, special shapes, butt cutters, sheeters, and perforators. Keneal
also provides “standard” printing such as business cards, letterhead,
envelopes, brochures, flyers, catalogs, scratch pads, carbonless forms, folding,
stapling, collating and die cutting.
In late 1993, Keneal started its embroidery division, Cassells’ Custom
Embroidery.
A contract embroiderer performing direct
embroidery on a variety of items including shirts, jackets, caps, towels, bags,
blankets, and aprons. The
garments are often furnished, however we work with all of the top suppliers and do
purchase garments for our customers use.
We have 18 multicolor embroidery heads and handle orders from a minimum
of 12 pieces to orders of 5,000 or more pieces.
In early 2004, Keneal started its newest division, HM
Pak. Our
specialization in this division is as a Contract Re-Packaging facility.
Not only do we offer re-packaging, but we also have the ability to produce end
cap displays and kit displays, as well as assembly work. We have devoted a
majority of our building to housing this facet of our company.
At the outset of 2004 the company decided to try and
incorporate all of the things we do here in Romeoville and come up with one
company name to describe our business. We took Keneal Industries,
CCE and
HM Pak
and came up with our current company name -
keneal
graphic solutions.
We believe we can be your Solution. Feel free to give Keneal a call the next time
your needs and our capabilities match.
We are here to serve you!
